Global	Healthcare providers (Organization Client and Facility Client users) that submit vaccinations through HL7 can now view the manual deduplication queue for records that were submitted under their organization/facility, so that patients can be processed faster (allowing for improved ease during reconciliation). This is accomplished through the new Administration > Properties > Deduplication > Allow Providers to Manually Deduplicate option.
