Lead Reports

The two available lead-related reports are Lead Unmatched/Matched Patients and Lead Tested Patients.

Lead Unmatched/Matched Patients Report

This report displays the total number of matched and unmatched patients in each county, divided by age group (0-72+ months).

To run this report, click the Lead > Reports menu link, which opens the Lead Reports page, and then click the Lead Unmatched/Matched Patients report name. The Lead Patients Unmatched/Matched page opens. Select the report criteria and click Create Report to run the report. The report displays in a new browser tab. Use the browser's print function to print the report.

The available report criteria fields and options on this page are as follows:

Field Description

Limit Report By

  • Collection Dates - To limit the report by a specific collection date range, enter the beginning (From) and ending (Through) dates in the respective fields.
  • County/Parish - To limit the report to a specific county or parish, select it from the drop-down list.
  • School - If the user already has a school assigned, the school is pre-populated in this field. Otherwise, click the Click to select link to select the school to limit the report by the specific school.

BLL Limit

  • All Patients (Do Not Limit) - This is the default. Select this option to include all patients in the report, regardless of blood lead levels.
  • Patients with BLL >= 5 - Select this option to only include patients that have a recorded blood lead level greater than or equal to 5.
  • Patients with BLL > 10 - Select this option to only include patients that have a recorded blood lead level greater than 10.

Lead Tested Patients Report

This report lists the total number of patients - tested for lead and/or not tested - in each county, divided by age group (0-72+ months).

To run this report, click the Lead > Reports menu link, which opens the Lead Reports page, and then click the Lead Tested Patients report name. The Lead Patients Tested page opens. Select the report criteria opens and click Create Report to run the report. The report displays in a new browser tab. Use the browser's print function to print the report.
