IWeb 5.17.5 Administrator User Guide |
This option allows authorized users to search by campaign or by a user-defined event to retrieve previously defined data-capture tables. An existing table can be selected or a new one added.
To access this option, click the Administration > Settings > Doses Administered Report Configuration link. The Doses Administered Report Configuration Search page opens. Select a campaign or event from the drop-down list and click Search. If there are any results, they appear in a list in the Search Results section of the page.
To add a new report configuration, click the Add button. The Doses Administered Report Configuration [Add/Edit] page opens with the following fields. Enter the information and click Next.
Field | Description |
Description |
Enter a description for the report. This field is required. |
Campaign Name |
Either select a campaign name from the drop-down list or enter an event name in that field. If a campaign name is selected, the associated tier groups automatically populates that drop-down list. Either this or the Event Name field is required. |
Event Name |
If an existing campaign is not selected, enter the name of the event. Either this field or the campaign name is required. |
Tier Group |
Select the tier group from the drop-down list. This field automatically populates when there is only one tier associated with a campaign. |
Display Tiers as Columns |
Select this option to display tiers as columns on the report. Tiers are sorted left-to-right based on pre-defined sort values. |
Displays Tiers Unknown |
Select this option to display tiers as unknown. This option can only be selected if the Display Tiers as Columns is also selected. The Unknown column appears to the far right of the other defined tiers on the report. |
After entering at least the required fields and clicking Next, the Doses Administered Report Configuration Detail page opens. Review the report parameters and either click Edit to return to the previous screen and change the settings, or click Submit to open the Doses Administered Report Configuration Age/Vaccine page.
Select or enter the information and click Next to continue. The available fields and options on the Doses Administered Report Configuration Age/Vaccine page are as follows:
Field | Description |
Vaccines |
Select one or more vaccines from the Unselected box and click the right arrow button (>>) to move them to the Selected box. To remove a vaccine, select it in the Selected box and click the left arrow button (<<) to move it back to the Unselected box. |
Display Inventory on Hand |
Select this option to allow the provider to report the current inventory on hand on the data capture page. Enabling this option displays the Inventory on Hand column, but does not require the user to enter data. |
Display Age Groups as Columns |
Some campaigns and events require reporting by tiers only. If this option is not selected, the Display Tiers as Columns option must be selected on the previous page. Note that age ranges must be defined in terms that the system understands. For example, terms such as less than and equal to, and numeric values, must be checked, making sure there are no gaps in age ranges. All ages must fit into a column. |
Display Age Unknown |
Select this option to display the column to the far right of the defined age groups, and to the left of the Inventory and Tier columns. |
Dose Number |
Providers may be required to report the number of patients that were given their first dose versus the number of patients receiving their second dose. Each vaccine on a single reporting table may be different. This displays to the right of the Vaccine Name and Description. |
Age 1 |
This is the first number of the age range. The first row/column contains a zero, which cannot be changed. The column is an output-only column. The numbers that display are the numbers entered into the Age 2 field. Example: To enter an age range from 0-3, enter "3" in the Age 2 field/column and select Years from the Months/Years drop-down list. The value of 3 populates under the 0 in the Age 1 column. |
Months/Years |
Select Months or Years from the drop-down list for the Age 1 field. |
Age 2 |
This is the input field for the Age Range. The number entered into this field populates the field(s) below the Age 1 column. |
Months/Years |
Select Months or Years from the drop-down list for the column to the right of the Age 1 column. |
Delete Row |
To delete a row, click the button in the Delete column for the row you want to delete. |
To add another row of comparative values, click Add Row and enter the information.
After click Next, the Doses Administered Report Configuration Vaccine Sort page opens. Verify the Sort Order is in the desired order. If it is not, change the numbers around until it is. Enter a Dose Number for the vaccination. Click Submit when finished. The Doses Administered Report Configuration Search page reopens with the newly added report configuration information.
