Lead Screening History

This feature displays the lead screening history for a specific patient. Before accessing the screening history, authorized users must first search for and select a patient, then click the Lead > Screening History menu link. The Lead Screening History page opens with the patient information at the top and the lead screening history below. If the patient has not yet been tested for lead levels, the Lead Screening History section displays No lead test results.
