County Status Monthly Report (Indiana)

This report displays patients, vaccinations, and VFC eligibility totals for a specific county. This report can be scheduled.

To run this report, click the Reports > State Reports > County Status Report > Menu link. The County Status Monthly Report page opens. Select the county from the drop-down list and click Create Report. The report displays in a separate browser window and can be printed using the browser's print function or downloaded, depending on the browser and plug-ins.
