Forecast (Universal Certificate of Immunization) (Louisiana)

The Forecast (Universal Certificate of Immunization) feature allows authorized users to update the forecast by selecting either (or both) the General or Higher Learning option for each vaccine family.

To update the forecast, click the Reports > State Reports > Settings > Forecast (Univ. Cert. of Imm.) link. The Universal Certificate of Immunization Forecast Settings page opens. Review the notes at the bottom of the page, then select either (or both) the General or Higher Learning options for each vaccine family as required and click Update Forecast. The forecast is automatically updated so that the selected vaccine families are included in the forecasts and the non-selected vaccines are removed.
