Stock Reports

Stock reports run immediately with your selected parameters.

From the menu, click Reports > Stock Report.
In the Report Type list, select a report.
- Attestation - Available to Registry Client Users. Not available to WIR clients. Lists the providers that have met one of the three levels of Meaningful Use Attestation. Level 1 - Communication has been established with an electronic vaccination registry. Level 2 - HL7 messages have been sent from a provider to the registry, but the messages may have been rejected by the registry. Level 3 - HL7 messages have been sent from a provider to the registry and have been accepted by the registry.
- Real Time Daily - Available to Registry Client Users. Lists the totals for the following categories: DOB's all same, All names same, Medical Record Number not unique, Patient and Responsible Party are same, Submissions Rejected, Truncated Names, Different Vaccine Types.
- Import Profile Error - Lists the import profile errors by batch or specific date range and includes the Profile ID, Profile Label, and Issue Resolution (percentage rejected).
- Patient Data Quality - Available to WIR clients. Lists the patient records with incomplete information.
- Vaccination Data Quality - Available to WIR clients. Lists the patients with suspect vaccinations. It includes vaccinations outside the recommended administration age, vaccinations that were given from unspecified vaccination types, and all vaccination warnings.
- Provider Detail Error - Lists message errors for providers so they can monitor their data accuracy. Report includes vaccination issues by provider and errors and warnings identified by the PHC-Hub validations that are defined by state.
Click Create.
Set parameters for the selected report type:
Click Create Report.
