Review Import Errors and Warnings
The Errors and Warnings view provides a simple method to review the
errors and warnings received during an import.
To review the errors and warnings for an import, click the Imports
> Review Errors and Warnings menu link. On the Error Review
Configuration page that opens, enter the search parameters and click Search. The available parameter
fields and options are:

Description |
| Batch |
Enter the ID number of the batch that contains the errors
and warnings you want to review. |
| Result Type |
Select an option to view: Error, Warning, or All. |
| Data Review Type |
Select one or more options to limit the search results
to a specific data type. All errors and warnings are grouped
into one of four types: Address Data, Patient Data, Vaccination
Data, or Physician Data. |
The search results are displayed on a new page. The errors located in
the batch you are viewing are listed. To move between groups of records,
click Next Review Group or Back, as needed.
To view the details of a record, click it in the list. Details include:

Description |
| Import Batch ID |
Displays the import batch ID for the current error or warning. |
| Field Name |
Displays the name of the field that contains the error
or warning. If the message was generated because of a violation
to the HL7 specification, the field name displays as HL7. |
| Issue |
Displays the error/warning reason. |
| Field Value |
Displays the data in the field that's causing the error/warning. |
| Response Action |
Displays either Error
or Warning, based
on the severity of the issue. The severity can be defined
in your import profile. |
| Details |
Displays additional details about the error/warning. |
| Date |
Displays the date of the import. |
| Status |
Identifies the message type as Errors
or Warnings. |
| Import Text |
Displays the import text of the message that generated
the error/warning. |
| Response Message |
Displays the response message for the message that generated
the error/warning. |
