To ensure privacy, IWeb differentiates between public and private data. Changes to public data are visible to all IWeb users, while changes to private data are only visible to users in the same organization. An organization can be a single clinic or several clinics that work under a single owning entity.
IWeb also tracks a patient's medical provider by assigning the last facility to update a patient's record as the current owner of the record. Patient ownership primarily impacts IWeb vaccination reports.
