View an Export Profile and Batches

If an export profile was previously selected during this user session, you can view the batch information on the Export Profiles menu (Export Profiles > Profile & Batches).

If more than one export profile exists, ensure you're working with the correct profile when editing and exporting. You can also see a list of batches that have been created and exported using a specific profile.

To view an export profile and batches, first click the Export Profiles > Select Export Profile menu link, locate the export profile in the Available Profiles list, and click it. Verify that the correct profile name displays at the top of the Export Profile page that opens.

To change the profile settings for the export profile, click Edit. (See Create or Edit an Export Profile for more information.)

A summary of the batches exported using this profile appears in the Export Batches section of the Export Profile page. If necessary, click Print Preview and then click Print to view and print the batch information.
