Browser Recommendations

For a smoother experience with the SMaRT AFIX application, the following steps are recommended for Internet Explorer 11:

Clear your cache regularly (see View and delete your browsing history in Internet Explorer).
Allow pop-ups for SMaRT AFIX - after logging in to SMaRT AFIX, click the Tools icon, select Internet Options, click the Privacy tab, then deselect (uncheck) the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox (under Pop-up Blocker), and click OK.
Make the application URL a Trusted Site - after logging in to SMaRT AFIX, click the Tools icon, select Internet Options, click the Security tab, then click the Trusted sites icon, click the Sites button, make sure the URL is in the "Add this website to the zone" box, and click Add. Click Close to close the Trusted Sites window, and click OK to close the Internet Options window.
