To view the patient list for the Childhood Cohort, first select the facility in the search bar (if necessary) and then click the Childhood > Patient List menu link. The Childhood Patient List Report page opens with a preview of the list of patients aged 24 through 35 months (with related information) for that facility, in alphabetical order.

The Filtering By section at the top displays how the report was configured. The Childhood Patient List Report criteria is pre-set as listed below; to use different report criteria, run a custom Patient List Report.

The information displayed for each patient depends on the filter type (full list, missed opportunities, or invalid doses). Note that for missed opportunities and invalid doses, a patient may be listed more than once if he or she has missed opportunities or invalid doses for more than one antigen.

To print the report, click the Print icon () and follow the prompts to select a printer and options. The Childhood Patient List Report prints as it displays on the screen.
To export the data to a file, click the Export icon () and then click the type of file format to export as: CSV or XLS. To cancel the export process, click either the Cancel Export button or the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Exporting Report pop-up window.
