The Messages tab on the Home page appears only for the users who have received a new message. The Today's Messages page also automatically appears after logging into Sentinel if the user has a message. All messages for the given date range appear on the Today's Messages page. Once all the messages expire, the Messages tab disappears from the Home page.
Authorized users or users with Administrative permissions only view the previously viewed or expired messages. To view these messages, select the Message Management > System Administration menu link. The Messages list page opens. You can search for a message and/or locate a message in the list. To edit the message, click the Edit button. To delete the message, click the Delete button.
