Search for an ILI Record

To search for an ILI record, first click the Home > ILI tab and then click Search button. The ILI Search page opens. Enter the parameters and click Search. Click the X button to return to the main ILI tab page.

Description

MMWR Week/Year (From/To) (WW-YYYY)

Enter the From and To Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report week number and year range.

NOTE: When searching by MMWR Week/Year (From/To) (WW-YYYY) fields, the ILI data Date From/To fields are disabled.

Date (From/To)

Enter the From and To dates to search for the ILI data date range or click in the field to use the pop-up calendar.

NOTE: When searching by Date From/To fields, the MMWR Week/Year (From/To) (WW-YYYY) fields are disabled.

Facility Name/CDC ILI Number

To search by the facility name/CDC ILI number, select one or more from the drop-down list.

District

To search by the district, select one or more from the drop-down list.

County

To search by the county, select one or more from the drop-down list.
