Facility Statistics

The Facility Statistics section of the dashboard appears for Registry Client users with the Lot Number Manager and Provider Ordering User permissions, after an organization and facility (optional) have been selected. The Facility Statistics section displays the following information:

Total Public Inventory - The total number of public vaccines in inventory, along with the aggregate cost of the inventory for 90 days. Click the title link to open the Inventory Order Details page in IWeb to see a complete list of lots that are about to expire.

NOTE: If the IWeb application "timed out" or otherwise cancelled the session, it may open to the login page instead of the Inventory Order Details page. Log in to the application again, click the Inventory Management menu link to return to VOMS, click the Home menu link in VOMS, and re-click the Total Public Inventory header/link.

3 Month Wastage Summary - The total amount of vaccine wastage for the past three months, along with the aggregate cost.
Public Inventory Expiring in < X Days - The total expected number of public vaccines in inventory that are expected to expire in a specific number of days, along with the aggregate cost.
