Drop-down lists used for specific fields within the VOMS application can be defined by authorized users (with the Vaccine Ordering Management permission) in the Admin & Settings area. Click the Admin & Settings menu link, then navigate to the Order Management section and click Define Drop-Down Lists. The Define Drop-Down Lists page opens.
The drop-down lists that can be defined are:

To search for a specific drop-down list, enter a few characters of the name in the Search field. The list automatically narrows to only include drop-down lists that contain those characters. To return to a full list of drop-down lists, remove the text from the search field.
To edit (define) a drop-down list, first search for it and/or locate it in the list, then click on the name to open that section of the page. Edit a value by clicking on the Edit icon () for that value in the list. To allow a value to be displayed in drop-down lists in the application, select the Display option; to remove the value from the lists, deselect the Display options. When finished editing the values for a drop-down list, click Save.
The available columns, fields, and options for each drop-down list are as follows:
Column/Field/Option | Description |
Drop-Down Value | The value that is to be displayed in the drop-down list. |
Description | The value's description. |
(Edit icon) | Click this icon to edit the value or description, change the text as needed, and click Save. If the value is an application default value, it is read-only and only the description can be edited. |
Display | Select this option to display the value in drop-down lists. Deselect it to hide the value so that it cannot be selected in drop-down lists. |
Add Row | Click this button to add a new custom value to the drop-down list, then enter the information as needed. |
(Remove icon) | To remove a custom value from a drop-down list. Default application values cannot be removed from the lists (but can be hidden by deselecting the Display option). |
To re-order the values in a drop-down list, drag and drop them into the correct order.
