VOMS 2.16.8 User Guide |
The Define Accountability/Compliance Requirements settings allow authorized users to configure these requirements. The information is used when creating and approving orders and transfers.
To configure these settings, click the Admin & Settings menu link and then Define Accountability/Compliance Requirements (under Order Management). The Accountability Requirements List page opens in the IWeb application.
NOTE: If the search bar is empty, select an organization/facility in VOMS first, then click Admin & Settings > Define Accountability/Compliance Requirements. If the IWeb application "timed out" or otherwise cancelled the session, it may open to the login page instead of the Accountability Requirements List page. Log in to the application again and then click Administration > Settings > Accountability Requirements to go to the page from within IWeb. To return to VOMS, click the Inventory Management > Inventory Management menu link in IWeb. |
The list of previously configured accountability requirements appears at the top of the page.
To add a new accountability/compliance requirement, click Add. The Accountability Requirement [Add] page opens. Enter the information and click Save. The Accountability Requirements List page reopens, with the new requirement added to the list.
To edit an accountability/compliance requirement, click the requirement number in the list. The Accountability Requirement [Edit] page opens with the details of that specific requirement. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
