Table of Contents icon

Table of Contents - Click this icon to see a list of user guides, chapters and topics.

	Closed Chapter - Click this icon to open the chapter and view the list of topics; click it again to return to the list of chapters.
	Open Chapter - An open chapter has an downward-pointing arrow icon. The chapter topics appear in the list.
	Topic - Click the topic icon or title to view the information.

Index icon

Index - Click this icon to see the index.

Glossary icon

Glossary - Click this icon to see a list of the most common terms and abbreviations.

Print icon

Print - Click the Print icon to print a topic. Remember to turn off the headers and footers before printing. You can also save to PDF if your browser and plug-ins offer this option. (Note: If this icon does not appear in the top header bar, lengthen the browser window width or open to full size.)

Bookmark/Favorites example

Bookmarks / Favorites - Use your browser's bookmark or favorites feature to save a topic or chapter as a favorite.
