Generate Fund Type Split Template

The Generate Fund Type Split Template settings calculate the funding source split for each vaccine/provider combination and populate the information into the funding source split template that is uploaded to VTrckS.

To configure these settings, click the Admin & Settings menu link and then Generate Fund Type Split Template (under Other on the Admin & Settings page). The Fund Type Split Management page opens in the IWeb application.

NOTE: If the search bar is empty, select an organization/facility in VOMS first, then click Admin & Settings > Generate Fund Type Split Template.

If the IWeb application "timed out" or otherwise cancelled the session, it may open to the login page instead of the Fund Type Split Management page. Log in to the application again and then click Administration > Vaccine Management > Generate Fund Type Split Template to go to the page from within IWeb. To return to VOMS, click the Inventory Management > VOMS 2.0 menu link in IWeb.

 

For each vaccine type listed, select a funding option (example listed below) and select the included age categories (see below for instructions). Click Save at the bottom of the page when finished updating the vaccine funding types, then click Next to continue to the next page.

The funding split options for each vaccine are as follows:

To select the included ages, click the Edit icon (Edit icon) in the Included Ages column for each vaccine. A pop-up window opens with the possible age group categories for that vaccine. Select either the Year-by-Year option (and then select the associated ages) or the Grouped Ages (and then select the age groups), then click Save to close the pop-up window.

Click Save at the bottom of the page and then click Next to open the second page.

At the top of the second page, select one of the two options:

Select one or more organizations/facilities from the Unassigned list and click Add to assign them. They are then moved to the Assigned list. (To search for an organization or facility, enter the first few characters in the search box.) To remove an organization/facility from the Assign list, click it and then click Remove. You can also Add All or Remove All by clicking those buttons.

Select a date range to evaluate and then schedule the report to run. Select the users who can access the report and then click Schedule when you are ready to schedule it to run.

An email is sent to the selected user(s) when the report is ready to be retrieved.
