Organization Status
State users can view statistics on the general status of organizations/facilities
in data exchange with the IIS in order to monitor the number of organizations/facilities
that are in different stages for reporting purposes. Click the Trends
> Organization Status menu link to open the Organization Status
page.
The graphs/tables on the Organization Status page include:
- Healthcare
Provider Count by Onboarding Stage - Displays the number of
organizations/facilities at several onboarding stages, such as discovery,
pre-discovery, testing, waitlisted not ready and waitlisted ready.
This allows the user to determine the progression of data exchange
projects. The graph shows the number of organizations/facilities at
each of the onboarding stages. The table view lists the organization
name, facility name, onboarding stage, HL7 version number, meaningful
use stage, contact name, transport mechanism, bi-directional ability
(yes/no), and VFC status (yes/no).
- Healthcare
Provider Count by Meaningful Use Stages - Displays the number
of organizations/facilities at specific meaningful use stages: Stage
1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. This allows the user to determine the volume
of providers in each meaningful use stage in order to track compliance.
The graph shows the number of providers at each meaningful use stage.
The table lists the organization name, facility name, onboarding
stage, HL7 version number, meaningful use stage, contact name, transport
mechanism, bi-directional ability (yes/no), and VFC status (yes/no).
- Healthcare
Provider Count by HL7 Version - Displays the number of
organizations/facilities that use each of the two HL7 version formats,
version 2.3.1 and version 2.5.1. This allows the user to determine
the HL7 formats that are supported and report that information as
needed. The graph shows the number of providers that use each HL7
version. The table lists the organization name, facility name, onboarding
stage, HL7 version number, meaningful use stage, contact name, transport
mechanism, bi-directional ability (yes/no), and VFC status (yes/no).
