Provider Recruitment and Tracking
Module Features
The Provider Recruitment and Tracking
Module is an interface used to manage and track the recruitment
progress of potential registry providers. The module can:
- Store the potential provider's information
- Track the provider through the various recruitment
steps (forms completed, export written, trainings, etc.)
- Display a to-do list of the next activities
or steps for each provider
- Generate the forms and labels used in the
process
- Track the progress made by individual recruiters
- Provide reports detailing the status and
throughput by each recruiter
- Provide additional uses through an integrated
help desk tool, such as tracking provider issues, automatically providing
user feedback, and reporting relationships between help desk calls
and recruitment activities.
The final component of the module is a set of reports (some existing)
and charts that detail the growth of the registry.
