Using the FTP mapping page, registry client users can configure options for each organization so that HL7 messages sent via secure FTP are received by PHC-Hub and are processed under the configuration settings.
| NOTE: The Main > FTP Mapping menu link is only available to registry client users. |
To configure the FTP mapping, enter the path in the App Settings > PHC-Hub FTP Root Directory field.
To add a new FTP mapping page, first navigate to the FTP root directory and add the provider folders for mapping. Next, log in to PHC Hub and click the Main > FTP Mapping menu link. Click the Add New FTP Mapping button. The list of provider folders is automatically populated. Select the folder name, a provider, an import profile, and a user, then click Save.
To edit an existing FTP Mapping page, log in to PHC Hub and click the Main > FTP Mapping menu link. On the page that opens, click the Edit link. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
