Activity Tracker Management is where administrative users can set up and configure the various activities for Mother and Infant cases. For more information on how to use the Activity Tracker, see Activity Tracker.
To access the Activity Tracker Management page, click the Sys Admin > Activity Tracker Management menu link.
To add an activity, enter the name and select the option(s), then click the + Add button. The new activity then appears in the list. To delete an activity, click the Remove Activity icon (x).
The fields and options available on this page are as follows:
| Field/Option | Description |
| Name of Activity | Enter a descriptive name for the activity. |
| Mother Case Activity | Select this option if this is a Mother case activity. |
| Infant Case Activity | Select this option if this is an Infant case activity. |
| Display | Select this option if this activity should be visible (displayed) to users. If this option is not selected, the activity is not visible to users. |
| Default Activity | Select this option if this activity is a default activity. |
| Remove Activity | To delete the activity, click the Delete icon (x). |
Click the Save Page icon (
)
when finished updating the activities.
