Peri HepB 1.17.11 User Guide |
The reminder/recall feature allows users to notify patients about upcoming or past due vaccinations. Reminder/recall actions are done through reports and report templates. You can define your own letter and choose to copy a provider.
| NOTE: Case workers must enter the date of the first serology after the completion of the first Hepatitis B series before starting to enter vaccinations for Series 2. Otherwise, the Reminder/Recall feature mistakenly identifies a patient as due for their first serology when they've actually already had it. See Infant Case Detail Page. |
The reminder/recall feature allows you to create and save a report template for re-use later. To save a template for later use, select the appropriate options, enter the information and letter message (body), name the report template, and click Save as template. To use the template later, simply select the name from the Select a Saved Template drop-down list and then click View Report.
To run the Reminder/Recall report, select Reminder/Recall > Reminder/Recall from the menu. On the Reminder Recall Report page, select the appropriate options, enter the letter message (body), and click View Report. The available fields and options on this page are as follows:
