Outbreak Events Tab

Users can view, add, edit, export, and search outbreak events from the Outbreak Events tab section located on the Home page. New outbreak events can only be added to currently active outbreaks.

Authorized users can also link/unlink investigations to/from the outbreak events for active outbreaks.
