The Physician Card page displays the list of physician card cases stored in the application.
Users with the Phys Card Data Entry permission can view the physician card case list from the Physician Reporting menu. To view the cases entered by the physician card user, click the Physician Reporting > Physician Card Listings menu link.

Select which fields to display by clicking the Show/Hide button. Sort the list of physician card cases by clicking on a column header (except for the Disease column). Under the list of current physician card cases, the number of physician card cases displayed on the page is listed (for example, Showing 1 to 10 of 25 entries) and on the right side of that are page number buttons; click the page numbers or Next or Last buttons as needed to display additional physician card cases.
The available fields, options, buttons, and columns on the Physician Card page are as follows:

New | Click this button to add a new physician card. See Create a New Physician Card. |
Search | Click this button to search for a physician card case in the facility. See Search for a Physician Card. |
Export | Click this button to export the results as a CSV file. |
Show/Hide | Click this button to select the fields to be displayed on the Physician Card tab page. |
Show ___ entries | Select from the drop-down list the number of entries to display on the page: 10, 15, 20 or 25. |
ID | The system-generated unique investigation ID. |
Disease | The name of the disease. |
Patient's Name | The patient's name. |
Date of Birth | The patient's birthdate. |
Reported Date | The date the case was entered into the application. |
Reported By | The name of the user who reported the case. |
Print Card | Click this button to print the physician card. |
