This report is also referred to as Case Referral and Investigation Timeliness Summary.
The Investigation Timeliness Summary Report lists the time from onset to referral (number of days) and time from referral to completion (number of days) for the selected disease(s) or disease group.
To run this report, select the Reports > Investigation Timeliness Summary Report menu link, which opens the Case Referral and Investigation Timeliness Summary page. Enter the report parameter options and click View HTML Report, View PDF Report, or View CSV Report, depending on the file format in which you want to review the report. To reset all of the options to their default values and start over, click Reset.
The available fields and options for this report are as follows:
| Field/Option | Description |
| Time Period | Select a time period option: Month (select the month from the drop-down list and enter the year; the current month/year is the default), Week (the current week is the default), or From/To date range (enter the From and To dates). |
| Geographic Breakdown | Select a geographic breakdown: State Wide, Region, County of Residence, or Local Health Jurisdiction. |
| Disease or Disease Group | Select either Disease Name or Disease Group, then select from the related list box. |
