The Performance Metric Line report displays the date of onset, date of referral, date completed or closed, and duration for the selected report parameters.
To run this report, select the Reports > Performance Metric Line Report menu link, which opens the Performance Metric Line Report page. Enter the report parameter options and click View HTML Report, View PDF Report, or View CSV Report, depending on the file format in which you want to review the report. Note that Geographic Breakdown and Disease / Disease Group are required fields. To reset all of the options to their default values and start over, click Reset.
The available fields and options for this report are as follows:
| Field/Option | Description |
| Investigation Parameters | To limit the report to a specific Investigator, Investigator Type, Case Classification, and/or Investigation Status, select the option and then select from the related list box for that option. |
| Time Period | Click in the From and To date fields and select the dates from the calendar window that opens. These fields are required. The default time unit is year, but can be changed to Day, MMWR Week, or Month instead. |
| Geographic Breakdown | To limit the report to a specific geographic type, select it: State Wide, Nation Wide, Out of State, LHD District (and select the district), County (default; select the county), Facility (select it), or Facility Type (select it from the list box). |
| Disease or Disease Group | To limit the report to a specific disease name, group or class, select the option and then select the specific name, group, or class from the related list box. |
