One of the icons on the header bar is for alerts, or notifications:
. Click this icon to view a list of alerts (the list
slides onto the page from the right side). The alerts notify organizations/facilities
that the number of errors and warnings in their Action Item List (see
Action Items) exceeds an acceptable threshold.
These alerts serve as reminders to address data quality issues.
The percentage threshold for warnings and errors and the frequency of the alert notifications are set in the Admin section of the application (Admin > Alerts). See Alerts Administration for more information.
There are two main alerts that appear on the Alerts panel:
Alerts can also be sent to users via email. The emails include instructions on how to fix the data quality issues.
Alerts can be removed from the list of alerts by clicking on the X next to the message.
To close the Alerts panel, click anywhere else on the application page.
