Organization/Facility User Guide

STC | iQ is an interoperability portal that serves two main functions:

• It allows providers (Organization and Facility users) who submit HL7 patient and vaccination data to an IIS to measure their progress toward completion of performance and quality goals. Providers have access to data about the number of HL7 messages sent during a given time period and information about any errors or warnings in the sent data.
  
  

  Note: Facility users can view data related to their assigned organization/facility, while Organization users can view data for any facility within their assigned organization.

• It allows State users access to the same data quality information, plus the ability to onboard new providers (and review the eligibility of new providers to be onboarded).
