STC | iQ Dashboard (Home)

The STC | iQ dashboard is the main page for the application, also known as the home page. The dashboard holds several graphs and sections of information that users might find helpful. The toolbar, or header bar, located at the top of every page also holds commonly used links, tools, and information.

Note that the dashboard and menu may appear differently for different user access levels.

Here are some of the features available on the dashboard and toolbar:

The data-at-a-glance graphs that appear on the dashboard are as follows, although the information may vary depending on user access level. Hover the mouse over individual bars in the graphs to view additional information. Some graphs allow you to zoom in for more detailed information:  Click and drag the mouse across the graph to zoom in and click the Reset zoom button to zoom back out.

To switch between Pre-Production and Production stages (if applicable), select the correct stage from the drop-down list on the top right side of the page.

These graphs display for State users:

• Healthcare Provider Count by Onboarding Stages - Displays the number of providers in each phase of the onboarding process for the past seven days. The actual stages differ, but examples include Discovery, Planning, Development, Testing, Pre-Go Live and Production
• Records at Each Milestone - Displays the number of records at each milestone, such as HL7 Validation, Issue Resolution Validation, Processing in the IIS, and Saved in IIS, for the past seven days
• Onboarding Healthcare Provider Counts by HL7 Version - Displays how many providers (in the past seven days) have indicated they use which HL7 version, such as 2.3.1 versus 2.5.1
• Onboarding Healthcare Provider Counts by MU Stages - Displays how many providers are at each meaningful use stage - Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 - for the past seven days

These graphs display for Organization/Facility users once a facility begins submitting HL7 messages:

• HL7 Message Success Tracker - Displays the HL7 message success rate, which is the number of Successful Messages divided by the Total Number of Messages Submitted (including Failed messages), for the past seven days
• Record Errors Received by PHC-Hub - Tracks the errors for Vaccination Data Elements and Patient Data Elements flagged by Issues Resolution for the past seven days
• Top 5 Record Errors - Displays the five most common data errors submitted to the IIS by the provider, showing the provider user which HL7 message components need the most attention to correct, for the past seven days
• Top 5 Record Warnings - Displays the five most common data warnings submitted to the IIS by the provider, showing the provider user which HL7 message components need attention, for the past seven days
