While IWeb users can easily be transferred to similar roles in STC | iQ, it is a little more difficult to transfer imMTrax users. ImMTrax users, who can be associated with more than one organization/facility, must be transferred to the iQ application based on the following formula.
Once the user role and Keycloak role are selected in the user's ImMTrax profile,

The All Organizations option is selected under Organization and Site Access |
The iQ application opens with no organizations/facilities in the search bar. Reports and Action Items display data for every organization/facility. Once an organization/facility is selected in the search bar, that information is passed on to reports. The user is a State user in iQ. |
The Multiple Organizations option is selected under Organization and Site Access |
The iQ application opens with no organizations/facilities in the search bar. Reports and Action Items display data for every organization/facility that the user has access to. Once a specific organization/facility is selected in the search bar, that information is passed on to reports. The user is an Organization user in iQ, but has access to all of the organizations/facilities in their group. |
The One Organization/Site(s) option is selected under Organization and Site Access |
The iQ application opens with no organizations/facilities in the search bar. Reports and Action Items display data for the one organization and related facilities that the user has access to. Once a specific organization/facility is selected in the search bar, that information is passed on to reports. The user is a Facility user in iQ, but has access to all of the facilities in their group. |
