The Animal Rabies report displays and animal-level list of all rabies cases that fall within the specified time period, geographic area, and disease information as defined by the report parameters. The information included in the report is determined by the selected report parameters.
To run this report, select the Reports > Animal Rabies menu link, which opens the Animal Rabies Report page. Enter the report parameter options and click View PDF Report or View CSV Report, depending on the file format in which you want to review the report. Click the Return to Sentinel Reports link on the upper left-hand side of the page to return to the application.
The available fields and options for this report are as follows:
| Field/Option | Description |
| Report Selection Criteria | To limit the report to an Investigation Status or Case Classification, select the option and then select the item(s) from the related list box. |
| Geographic Area | Select a geographic area: State Wide, Nation Wide, Out of State, County (and select a county or ALL from the list box), or LHD Region (and select from the list box). |
| Time Period | Enter the Begin and End dates for the date range, or click on the calendar icon for each and select the dates. These fields are required. |
| Type | Select the animal species from the list box, or select SELECT ALL. |
