This report is also referred to as Table of Diseases Comparing a Given Timeframe for Past 5 Years.
The Diseases - 5 Years History report displays a comparison table of count information for all diseases reported for the present year and the preceding four years within the geographic area as defined by the report parameters. The count information can be displayed by year, month, or week.
| NOTE: The Disease Name #2 field is enabled only when one - and only one - disease name is selected and that disease has secondary diseases. |
To run this report, select the Reports > Diseases - 5 Years History menu link, which opens the Table of Diseases Comparing a Given Timeframe for Past 5 Years page. Enter the report parameter options and click View HTML Report, View PDF Report, or View CSV Report, depending on the file format in which you want to review the report. To reset all of the options to their default values and start over, click Reset.
The available fields and options for this report are as follows:
| Field/Option | Description |
| Table Type | The Counts table type is automatically selected. |
| Time Period | Enter the ending year. The current year is the default. |
| Display Interval | Select this display interval: By Year, By Month (select the from and through months), or By Week (select the from and through week numbers, 1-52). |
| Report Selection Criteria | To limit the report to a specific Case Classification or Investigation Status, select it and then select a classification or status from the related list box. Also select a disease name from that list box, or select ALL. |
| Geographic Area | Select one of the categories (State Wide, Nation Wide, Out of State, Zip (and enter the zip code), County (and select the county), or District (and select the district)). Select ALL to include all of the options for a category. |
