CDC Export Mapping Management

Users with the CDC Export permission can manage mappings to export cases to the CDC. Authorized users can edit or delete the mapping values.

The CDC Export Mapping Management page displays the CDC event code, disease code, disease name, and export mode (such as NETSS, Arboviral v1.3, Generic, Generic v2, Hepatitis v1, and Varicella).

To configure the CDC export mappings, select the ELR - CDC Reporting > CDC Export Mapping Management menu link. The CDC Export Mapping Management page opens, displaying the list of current mappings. The list can be sorted by clicking on the column header. Under the list of current mappings, the number of mappings displayed on the page is listed (for example, Showing 1 to 10 of 123 entries) and on the right side of that line are previous and forward arrows; click the arrows as needed to display additional mappings.

To create a new CDC export mapping, click the New button. See the Create a New CDC Export Mapping Element section below for more information.

To export the list of current mappings as a CSV file, click the Export button at the top of the page.
