The ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping report displays the ELR code type, code, and value, along with the mapping Sentinel drop-down list value, and allows authorized users to edit or delete the mapping values.
To run this report and display it on a web page, select the ELR - CDC Reporting > ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping menu link. The list can be sorted by clicking on a column header. Under the list of current mappings, the number of mappings displayed on the page is listed (for example, Showing 1 to 50 of 1,579 entries) and on the right side of that line are previous and forward arrows; click the arrows as needed to display additional mappings.
To add a new ELR to Sentinel specimen source mapping, click the Add or Import button, depending on your method of adding the information. See the Add/Import ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping section below for more information.
To export the list of current mappings, click the Export button at the top of the page.
The columns and options on the ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping page are as follows:

| Show ___ entries | Select from the drop-down list the number of entries to display on the page: All, 10, 25, 50 or 100. |
| Search | Enter a few characters of the ELR code, ELR value, or Sentinel drop-down value in the Search field. The list automatically filters based on what is entered in the field. |
| ELR Code Type | The name of the ELR test coding system used for the lab test. |
| ELR Code | The ELR test code of the test done. |
| ELR Value | The electronic lab test description. |
| Sentinel Dropdown Value | The Sentinel value for the ELR value description. |
| Edit | Click this link to edit the ELR to Sentinel specimen source mapping. See Edit an ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping. |
| Delete | Click this link to delete the mapping, and then select Yes or No to confirm. |
There are two ways to add one or more ELR to Sentinel specimen source mappings to the application. The first is to add them manually and the second is to import a file containing mapping information. For either method, go to the ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping page by clicking the ELR - CDC Reporting > ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping menu link.
To manually add a new ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping, click the Add button located at the top right of the ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping page. The Add ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping pop-up window opens. Enter at least the required fields (in red text and marked with an asterisk) and click Submit. To cancel without saving any changes, click Cancel.
The available fields and options on the Add ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping pop-up window are as follows:

To import an ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping, first make sure the CSV file has the information in the correct field order and separated by commas. Click the Import button located on the top right of the ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping page. The Import pop-up window opens. Click Choose File, navigate to the CSV file, and select it. If the CSV file is not imported, an error message displays at the top of the page.
To edit a ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping, first select ELR - CDC Reporting > ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping from the menu, then search for the mapping and/or locate the mapping in the list of ELR to Sentinel specimen source mapping. Click the Edit link for the mapping in the list. The Edit ELR to Sentinel Specimen Source Mapping Entry pop-up window opens with the details pre-populated in the fields. Make any necessary modifications and click Submit when finished. To cancel without saving any changes, click Cancel.
