VOMS 2.16.12 User Guide |
The Vaccine Ordering Management System (VOMS) complements the CDC's Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS). VOMS provides a convenient way to handle orders directly from within the registry.
The goal of the stand-alone VOMS application is to manage inventory for all of the providers in the registry. This allows state and local health jurisdiction administrators to have an electronic visibility to all providers in the state. Other VOMS features include provider agreements and reports.
The following are VOMS-related features, although they are not always performed by the same person:
The user access levels and permissions determine what each user can view and do within the application. A user with permission to place orders, for example, may not have permission to approve orders. See the IWeb User Guide for information about access levels and permissions.
