The following product enhancements have been made to VOMS version 2.16.12:

| Vaccine Advertisement | Authorized users can now edit vaccines advertised by their facility. | |
| Admin & Settings, Orders | A new property was added: Direct ship maximum total order value (per ordering intent). This allows administrators to configure the system to automatically limit direct ship orders to a specific value. | |
Define Drop-Down Lists |
Administrative users can now define the lists used in drop-down menus for specific fields in the application. |

| Admin & Settings, Properties | Several properties were transferred from the IWeb application to VOMS. | |
| Admin & Settings, Manage Accountability Submissions | Authorized users can now define and manage accountability submissions from within the VOMS application. | |
| Orders | Orders that have been saved before being submitted can now be archived. | |
| Orders | When the Allow only brand selection per vaccine option is selected for the facility in IWeb, providers are now restricted from selecting multiple brands for the same vaccine in an order set. | |
| Define Order Sets | Authorized users can now define order sets from within the VOMS application. | |
| Assign Order Sets | Authorized users can now assign order sets to organizations/facilities from within the VOMS application. | |
| Vaccine Selection | Authorized users can select (from within the VOMS application) which brands of vaccines providers can order. (This feature was called Modify Order Sets in IWeb.) | |
| Inventory | Authorized users can now search for, add, and edit inventory from within the VOMS application. Barcode scanning is also supported. | |
| Inventory Reconciliation | The Reconciliation Worksheet was redesigned. | |
| Inventory - Correct Decrementing | Users can now perform correct decrementing functions from within the VOMS application. | |
| Cold Storage | Cold storage data is now accessed and stored within the VOMS application. New properties were also added. | |
| VTrckS Provider Master Data Export | The VTrckS provider master data file can be exported directly from VOMS. | |
| Approvals & Management | Users can now type directly in the Organization and Facility filter/search boxes on the Approve Orders, Approve Transfers, Approve Returns, and Approve Wastage pages. | |
| Entire Application | The application is now Section 508 compliant in that the user can use the keyboard instead of the mouse. | |
| Entire Application | Whenever a user clicks the Information icon in VOMS ( ),
the embedded help now opens to the documentation page that
matches the application page. |

| Documentation | A feedback form has been provided to allow users to provide constructive feedback on how to improve the documentation. |
