Export Data from PHC Hub

To export data from the immunization registry, you can use a profile to batch exports or use the Realtime Interface to manually submit one or more messages.

There is one navigation menu category related to exporting data: Export Profiles. The links contained in the menu category depend on your user access level and whether or not you have already selected an export profile. The available menu links are listed below; click one to be taken to that topic in this user guide.

Export Profiles >

Create New Profile - Allows you to create a new export profile
Select Export Profile - Allows you to select an existing export profile
Profile & Batches - Displays a summary of an export profile and a list of previously exported batches
Code Values - Displays code values exported in the past
Schedule for Later - Allows you to schedule an export to run at a later date/time
Export Download - Allows you to download exported data for offline review
