Import Data to PHC Hub

Data is imported using an import profile. Profiles define the data format and processing settings for a specific interface. Every immunization provider has at least one import profile, and some providers may have multiple profiles for each system they integrate.

There are two navigation menu categories for importing data: Import Profiles and Imports. The links contained in each menu category depend on your user access level and whether or not you have already selected an import profile. The available menu links are listed below; click one to be taken to that topic in this user guide.

Import Profiles >

User Profile Link - Allows you to assign an import profile to a user
Create New Profile - Allows you to create a new import profile
Select Import Profile - Allows you to select an existing import profile
Profile & Batches - Displays a summary of an import profile and a list of previously imported batches
Code Values - Displays the values imported by past imports and allows mapping to a standard code set
Realtime Interface - Used to manually submit one or more messages
File Upload - Used to manually upload import data for immediate processing

Message Search - Used to review messages that arrived through HL7 interfaces
Review Errors and Warnings - Used to review message errors and warnings received during an import
Unlogged Responses - Displays the 50 most recent HL7 acknowledgements that are not in the import logs
