Adolescent Patient List Report

To view the patient list for the Adolescent Cohort, first select the facility in the search bar (if necessary) and then click the Adolescent > Patient List menu link. The Adolescent Patient List Report page opens with a preview of the list of patients aged 13 through 17 years (with related information) for that facility, in alphabetical order.

Note icon  The "Full List" filter for the Adolescent Patient List report displays the list of patients as a truncated list on the screen. To view the entire full list of patients, export the data to a file using the export icon (Export icon). The exported file also includes additional fields, such as the patient's phone number.
