Childhood Cohort Reports

The links available under the Childhood menu category (the Childhood Cohort) are for data related to the AFIX Childhood Cohort, as defined by the CDC. This cohort includes patients with an active status for the assessed provider, aged 24 through 35 months, assessed at 24 months.

Of note, for states that use the STC IWeb application, the Childhood Cohort includes all patients that are active for the assessed facility, without regard to ownership. This means a patient may appear in more than one assessment.
